Currently, she works as an IELTS tutor at Shirah where she has trained and tutored over hundreds of clients on the modules of IELTS and how to get their results in one sitting. She has an in-depth knowledge of the IELTS curriculum standards and takes a student-centered approach to teaching.

Uchechi Nwakanma is the Marketing Executive – Social Media at Shirah. As a member of the Marketing Team at Shirah, she is involved in content creation, strategy, scheduling and management of all Shirah Tutors and Shirah Study platforms. She creates content across various media platforms including content writing for print media, video recording and editing for broadcast and social media as well as crisis and public relations management. She has been involved in various media coverage and reportage for projects like Dior x Chimamanda, The Experience, Akada Children’s Book Festival, Why I Am Alive Initiative and among others. Uchechi has a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos. She also enjoys cooking, photography, traveling and visual arts.

He is a French Language instructor with expertise in the language’s grammar and other aspects and passionate about promoting cultural awareness in students. With over four years of experience instructing and designing curricula for learners. He has extensive experience teaching adults and children in a formal setting.
